Zelfstandig appartement

Het zelfstandig appartement heeft een geheel eigen opgang (twee zelfs): u geniet dus de nodige privacy.
En u kiest zelf of u het appartement binnengaat via de brede trap en openslaande deuren of via de officiële voordeur, waardoor u in de hal met kapstok terechtkomt, waarna u de woonkamer binnengaat.
In de voortuin is een zithoek waar u gebruik van kunt maken.

Woonkamer

De woonkamer is ruim (zo’n 30 m2) en door de openslaande deuren aan de voorkant komt er voldoende daglicht binnen. Deze ruimte met vloerverwarming is gezellig ingericht met basiselementen, zoals een bank, salontafeltjes, eettafel met stoelen, dressoir, boekenkast en tv-meubel met televisie en dvd-speler.
Inbegrepen in de huurprijs zijn gebruik van televisie en internet.

Keuken

De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. Er kan gekookt worden op een 5-pits gasfornuis met oven en er is een koelkast met klein vriesvak. Daarnaast zijn de kasten gevuld met glazen, servies, bestek, pannen en allerhande keukengerei. Ook apparaten zoals een waterkoker, tosti-ijzer en Nespresso-apparaat zijn aanwezig.
Tevens staat in de keuken een wasmachine. U kunt uw kleding drogen op een wasrek. Bovendien is er een strijkbout en strijkplank. Ook staat u een stofzuiger ter beschikking.

Slaapkamer

In de slaapkamer staat een Queensize boxspring bed.
Er is een inbouwkast voor uw kleding en een passpiegel.

Badkamer

De badkamer is voorzien van een douchecabine, wastafel en toilet.



Independent apartment

The independent apartment has its own entrance (even two): so you enjoy the necessary privacy.
And you choose whether you enter the apartment via the wide staircase and patio doors or through the official front door, which takes you to the small hall with a coat rack, after which you enter the living room.
In the front yard there is a seating area which you can use to enjoy the late afternoon sun.

Living room

The living room is spacious (about 30 m2) and the French doors at the front allow sufficient daylight to enter. This room with underfloor heating is cosily furnished with basic elements such as a sofa, coffee tables, dining table with chairs, sideboard, bookcase and TV cabinet with television and DVD player.
Included in the rental price are the use of television and internet.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped. You can cook on a 5-burner gas stove with oven and there is a fridge with small freezer. In addition, the cupboards are filled with glasses, crockery, cutlery, pans and all kinds of kitchen utensils. Appliances such as a kettle, sandwich maker and Nespresso machine are also available.
There is also a washing machine in the kitchen. You can dry your clothes on a drying rack. In addition, there is an iron and ironing board. A vacuum cleaner is also available.

Bedroom

The bedroom has a queen-size box spring bed.
There is a built-in wardrobe for your clothes and a full-length mirror.

Bathroom

The bathroom has a shower cabin, sink and toilet.
